Refund policy

We hope you love your deborah drattell purchase. Should you wish to make a return, we accept eligible merchandise within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn and returned with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the return has been received and approved, the refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on the account.

All sale merchandise and purchases made using a promotional code are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
