ANNA takes her name from Anna Bolena, the queen at the center of Donizetti's 1830 opera, a woman who faced the worst moment of her life and refused to let it define her. The belt is cut from a single, unbroken length of lambskin, its edges hand-beveled by hand, and closes on one gold-plated buckle at just an inch wide, so nothing about it competes for attention but the woman wearing it.
